Guarantee:
Tiger Grip overshoes are guaranteed for 3 months after purchase date. If you experience a problem during this period, please notify the Tiger-Grip customer service within 3 days from reception.
For refund or exchange, faulty goods must be returned to Tiger-Grip for inspection by our technical team. Only goods found to be faulty will be exchanged or refunded.
Refund conditions:
Refunds (excluding delivery costs) will only apply when unworn shoes are found to be faulty.
Exchange conditions:
In case of an incorrect order by the customer: the customer is required to return unneeded overshoes at his expense to Tiger Grip. Only unworn overshoes will be accepted. The replacement order will be sent at the customer’s expense.
In case of an incorrect delivery by Tiger-Grip: the Tiger Grip customer service must be notified as soon as possible. Tiger Grip will arrange for collection of such items and for the replacement.
